Off question

Hi I'm 25 I won't be starting ivf until 2020 cause I'm self pay so saving up for it few years back I did have pelvic inflammatory diease after I did get

3 times first miscarriage had d&c then other both atopic which I lost both fallopian tubes and one ovary so I only have one ovary no fallopian tubes I'm scared because of me having ovary and also the the pid I know the doctors said it was diseased would my ivf still work even though I had pelvic inflammatory diease
