My husband came home saying his mother and him got into a heated argument over our 2 month old. (The first grand baby in the family)

He said she was crying and yelling saying we are keeping her away from her because we won't let her go stay with her without us....

Mind you, she has had 3-4 times where we set up for her to come to our house or us go to her house so she could spend time with her and she always comes up with an excuse.

I don't feel bad for her AT ALL. She's always been a manipulative, blame everyone else, love to argue, petty person.

Before I just kept my mouth shut and tried to be as nice as possible but now that we have a child in the mix it's becoming harder and harder for me not to say anything but my husband practically begged me not to because he wants to keep the peace.

I was FUMING when he told me what happened.

has anybody had issues with their in laws like this? What should I/we do?
