Super nervous!

I have my 12 week appointment with the perinatologist today. I lost a previous pregnancy due to fetal abnormalities and the 12 week appointment was when we found out. I'm nearly paralyzed with fear that we will have the same experience today. I barely slept and had vivid dreams about ultrasounds all night when I did actually sleep. Say a little prayer for me ladies.
