Bartholin cyst that is NOT abscessed

Back in July a bartholin gland cyst suddenly appeared on my labia near the entrance to my vagina. The cyst causes me NO pain, it has not grown, and there is absolutely no sign of infection or anything like that. I am 100% sure the cyst is not abscessed. It’s not hard, but actually kind of squishy, and it’s about the size of a grape or marble depending on the day. It gets a little larger when I have sex. I’m wondering if any of you have dealt with this, and if so, did anything work for you to get rid of the cyst? I haven’t been to the doctor yet because I’m trying to see if a home remedy will help it before they try to lance it/drain it in the office. I’ve tried warm compresses, massaging the area gently, witch hazel/tea tree oil on cotton gauze, and serrapeptase (a dietary supplement). Nothing has worked. If you can offer any advice or suggestions I’d REALLY appreciate it!
