Gift for my mother in law(help me )

So hopefully one you guys can help me. I want do something special for my mother in law. Like when I tell you this woman is special n goes out her way for me n our daughter n her daughter(my studsband) n just others period . I mean it I'm blessed beyond all stars . Recently my cousin in law(her nephew) killed himself wit two guns on Facebook live.She is distraught to say the least.

I want to make wine bottle or wine glass/cup clock with quotes or maybe I'll write a poem for her on it . Hard part is I been looking diy project like this n I can't find any ♀‍🤦🏼. I'm not a diy type girl but she deserves this n much more. Please help me.
