I have been on and off birth control for the last 15yrs and never had a problem getting my period back when I stopped it. Prior to birth control and the years I was of it my period were regular same time every month and 4-5 days.

Since 2014(ish) I was on Beyaz. After 2 years on it my “period” would alternate between not getting it or spotting. Last Feb I stopped it for a month and got withdraw bleeding a few days later but went back on it as I wasn’t TTC

Fast forward to 8/22/18, we got married and hubby and I are preparing to start TTC. I have read that it can take some women months for their bodies to regulate. It’s now 10/28 and I still have not had any withdrawal bleeding. All I had was spotting with wiping 1 day 9/29. Every at home HCG test is negative and I had a blood test 10/2, which was negative.

I am getting frustrated and stressed bc my Dr says it’s normal for women to not get their period after stopping birth control. Just because it’s common does not make it normal.

I am just getting stressed, worried and frustrated. I literally bought so many OPK to try and see if i am at least ovulating.

Has anyone else had this experience?
