Increasingly sore breasts and nipples post ovulation

Hey ladies,

I'm 6 dpo, and since day 2 po I've been experiencing increasing breast and nipple soreness, which has never ever been a symptom for me in my very regular menstrual life. Any ideas as to why this symptom would pop up out of nowhere?
