I think it means that they need to double check to make sure you are immune to rubella?  It’s worded strangely- the antibody is present but for some reason they’re unsure if you are immune and need to be immunised.  
An antibody is something your body creates and keeps for life when you come into contact with a disease, for things like mumps and rubella they are what makes you immune to catching those diseases.  When you are vaccinated a tiny, unharmful (sometimes live, sometimes not) strain of the disease is put into your body which then creates the antibody to fight that disease, making you immune.  Sorry if you already knew that!

You’re non reactive to syphilis though they defiantly should’ve pulled an RPR not a trepenoma though it’s still negative either way. You need repeat testing for rubella “equivocal” means that they are actually unsure if you are positive or negative fully. It is more than likely positive but they can’t establish how positive it is so a different test should be ordered.
