So I have been using the cup for almost a year. I loved it, really easy to use, clean, no messy, comfortable, environmental friendly, in other words the dream... until today!!

This morning I put in the cup, after some hours I was ready to change it, until I realized I couldn’t 😱😱😱

The cup had moved in a position that didn’t let me reach and pinch the bottom to take it off.

I tried all the positions, look online...I could feel it but was not possible to take as it was mor horizontal than vertical. After more than an hour trying I end up going to an OB/Gyn.

When she saw it she said she understood why I wasn’t able to take it out and even with tools for not that easy for her to do it!

... I really liked the cup, but after today I won’t use it again
