2nd pregnancy, twins again?

Hi. I have 2.5 year old fraternal twin girls and I’m pregnant. Only 5 weeks and the bloat is unbelievable. Could it be twins again? Did any of you know it was twins again before the ultrasound? What were your symptoms?

My brother in law has two sets on twins two years apart! 2 girls and then boy girl and they want more!! 🙈 I don’t know how they do it!

I don’t know girl but you’re brave for trying again! I’m so afraid we would have another set. Love my girls but two sets sounds super challenging! I didn’t really have any early symptoms but my all day
Morning sickness did kick in around 6 weeks with my twins.
