My baby is only 1 week old and he is already constipated, I wasn’t sure if I can give him water so I called a pediatrics office and asked a nurse and she told me not until he is 3 months.

I give him big formula and breast but today I only gave him the formula cause my milk makes him very gas due to the fact I’m suffering from gas at the moment. He has his first doctors apt tomorrow but I feel so bad that he in pain tbh.

Any suggestions on what I can do I would really appreciate
