Bloated

I had an abortion (for a medical reason) on the 9th of August 2018, for about 3 weeks I’ve been extremely bloated, I look about five or six months pregnant, I feel pressure inside my stomach and sometimes feel twitching inside, sometimes I watch my stomach and I’ll see one spot that twitches or something moves, I’m not sure if it’s gas or not but I haven’t been really gassy... it’s so bad that’s it’s noticeable with baggy clothes and I get out of breath very easily, my lower back has also been really achy and my stomach feels so uncomfortable... has anyone had this or know what it could be?
