9dpo and feeling discouraged ☹️

I am currently 9dpo and I have been testing since 8dpo, both BFN ☹️ Am I out this month? I don’t really have any symptoms except lower back pain and stiffness (if that’s even a symptom 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️;) I feel crazy as hell and I need some guidance.
