Anyone else with anxiety?
So I developed pretty strong anxiety shortly before getting pregnant. Had a panic attack in early March and got pregnant in April. Doctor was thinking it was due to a ton of stress and poor sleep. So the first month or so of this pregnancy my anxiety was on high a lot, but then seemed to go away once I hit 12 weeks. Now it’s back and I’m currently 32 weeks. It’s keeping me awake and in general making me feel like crap all day no matter what I try. My mind just will not shut off!! Looking for any suggestions on ways to help!
