I bought stuff when we started TTC....7 years ago. When we hit the 7 year mark, I had a complete break down and cut all the clothes up and broke all the furniture and just threw it all away. I just couldn't stand to have it anymore but I didn't want anyone else to have it either. I don't think it's a good idea if you have a fertility issue. Just my experience.

I personally don't think its a good idea especially if u have been trying for a long time it will just make you depressed ..i never bought anything until my 6th month for both of my pregnancies gL

nurserys nearly finished, keeps my mind of things until lately when have had nothing to do so i just test like crazy =( its shut up so cant walk passed and be devo of BFN...

Haven't bought anything but I refuse to get to of any of my One year olds clothes , toys , blankets , bassinet , bouncers , even diapers he out grew ect.. But y'all get the point . Every time I think about giving it away I'm like but we might have another baby soon ???

I personally haven't bought any baby items, I think it's nice to start before hand in financial terms to get things over time but I think at this point it might be bad luck. My sister however has bout a few baby items for me as a gift in hope of one day soon becoming an aunt.

I have accumulated a couple of things for my "nieces and nephews" at our home haha and wil be handy to already have some stuff I guess :-)
