Def get a vibrator. I think Walgreens/cvs/target/Walmart even have little bullet ones by the condoms now! Or you can go to a store and buy a vibrating massager. I have to have clitoral stimulation in order to orgasm, but too much direct pressure starts to hurt. Maybe try with your hands/vibrator through a blanket or shirt?
