Whenever my baby shows signs she's ready and nothing before 6 months.

6 months, or a little longer if she’s not ready yet. We did blw with my first and loved it! I’m hoping to do it again this time!

My boy is 4 months and the doctor said to start him now! I’m starting by introducing a new veggie every week mixed with breastmilk. He will get 2 table spoons a day. (: This week, we are eating peas 💚💚
