I like the idea of surrogacy better than donating eggs. When you donate eggs, your biological child is born into the world. When you're a surrogate, your body is being used to produce someone else's biological child. Sure, you could make a lot of money "donating" eggs. But then a little human who looks like you, comes from you, and will never have any way of knowing you is on this Earth.
That just freaks me out.

If it weren't so invasive and side effects didn't include possible cancer I would think about it. I don't really mind tecnically having a child of mine born to another family. I think it's amazing that modern medicine can help a woman carry a child that she otherwise wouldn't be able to.

Are people against it??? I would do it if my DNA wasn't involved & if the couple fostered and/or adopted a few children & we're ready for "their own".

I don't like the idea of kids of mine that have my DNA and me biologically being the mother of running around in the world but not knowing who I am or me being a part of their life or raising them because I would still consider them my kid and my blood and I wouldn't even know them

I'd love to do it! Giving a woman the ability to have children would be a wonderful thing. I don't really want to have children of my own, mostly because birth terrifies me, so I'd never want to be a surrogate, so donating eggs would be the next best thing.

I was looking into it. You can make like 7,000 $$!!!! And I have millions to spare lol but I'm on medication and it's kind of a hassle so I didn't go through with it. I would though
