For those of you who need reassurance

I'm 6w6d and I've been stressed to the max about miscarriage. Especially because I've had a VERY smooth pregnancy. Basically no symptoms except for little breast tenderness, some exhaustion. Pretty much it. I went in today and had a healthy US, heart beat 118. So! Coming from the biggest hypochondriac, don't fear!
