When should I start?

When it comes to red raspberry leaf tea and evening primrose. What other herbs do moms recommend for natural births and what’s the timeline? Currently 26 weeks.

It's a common misconception that Red Raspberry induces labor. It strengthens and tones your uterus. Start ASAP for RRL, but I like the 'Pregnancy Tea', it also has stinging nettles, which makes it taste better and stinging nettles do a lot for you as well. 
 As far as evening primrose vaginally, start at 38 weeks. 37 weeks is still 'early term', and the longer your baby cooks, the better
Don't take it orally after 30 weeks tho, as it acts as a blood thinner and can cause you to hemorrhage.

Start RRL ASAP but only a cup a day for now...slowly build up to more. This will work wonders for strengthening your uterus.

Raspberry leaf tea is fine whenever. My midwife said how ever many cups a day you are trimester. . so 1 cup a day in first trimester and so on.. EP OIL i would be careful with. I personally will not use it til after my due date. Both my sister and i have had it start early labor within 3 days of using it and since babies need all the time they can get in the womb for their health i wouldn't risk using it early.
