Iud and soft cups
I hate pads and tampons aren't really great for you. I wanted to try softcups but got scared because it said not to if you have an iud. I have the coppoer iud. Does anyone else have one that has used a soft cup? I guess my question is can iuse the softcup and not worry about pulling on my strings? Or am i better off sticking with tamps?
