Taking baby to the library?

When did you start taking your baby to the library? My LO is 4.5 months and we’ve read our books so many times that I think we should get library books, but is he too young?

We started going to baby story time at like 2 months! No reason not to go!

He’s not too young! They’ve got great board books for babies. I’d take him. He might enjoy it and you might meet other moms (especially if they have a story hour or playgroup!)

We started going around 6 months old. (My LO is 3 now) A lot of the library’s have a weekly or monthly toddler or infant story time in our area. The library’s will have it posted on their website if they have a story time if not you can always call and ask. And majority of the library’s don’t require you to have a library card or be in the district to attend.

As long as baby has all his vaccinations and it’s not flu season I don’t see why you shouldn’t take him. Only thing I worry about it tiny babies that don’t have the immune system to be out in public yet.
