Husband issues

My husband says that he still finds me attractive, yet he doesn't show it. I always initiate sex, I'm always wanting to have couples evenings or go out and do fun stuff. We don't have any kids and have only been married for 3 years. We didn't have sex much before because we were both so busy with work and school, but now that things have calmed down he still doesn't want me. He says he loves me and that I'm still attractive, but idk. I've tried doing fun guy stuff with him like going to watch racing or football or something and that doesn't work. I've tried lingerie and sex toys and everything and nothing works.

Is this a deal breaker in the long term? How do I get him to want me more? Should we just break it off now?
