Nothing irks me more than military wives who feel the need to say “as the wife an officer/ insert any high rank here”  act like they know every single aspect of the military. 
Like... no offense to you, but I think I (someone actually in the military) might know just a bit more than you.

Omg I saw a post from a military wife that pissed me off soo bad..she was pregnant and complaining how her husband had to spend $200 on his uniform because someone passed away. (She was like I dont need this stress right now,I know they have to attend the funeral but still we need that money...)like seriously this b**** complaining about money when another soldier has passed away🤦‍♀️well she got her husband in trouble because she made this post before the fallen soldier's family had even been notified😢

It’s not just spouses who do that. We live on post and I had a kid try that on me the other night when they were standing outside of our house near my daughters room talking so loudly (at 12:45am) that they woke me up and I’m a deep sleeper. I politely asked them to move on since they were near my daughters room. Then the kid had the audacity to say do you know who my daddy is (he said the dad’s name and rank) I said “no but let’s call him I’m sure he’d love to be woken up at nearly 1am to come escort you home.” When they started to leave I said oh and by the way I’m a sahm I hold no rank just like you so you have no business throwing his weight around just like I have no business throwing my husbands.” I swear it’s like a new entitlement 🤦‍♀️ that isn’t even a real thing.

I shut that shit down FAST... I don’t have the time or patience for those wives, and that’s coming from someone who’s parent was an officer. We, my mother and siblings,  HATED the other officer wives and children. They are a bunch of stuck up entitled cunts 🤷🏼‍♀️and I have no problem telling them that even now as an enlisted marines wife.
