Should I see a doctor??

This might be a little much to read but I figured too much Information is better than not enough information. I’ve been taking birth control since the first of this month so its not in my system yet, but I was also taking antibiotics for two weeks in this month. Me and my boyfriend had sex on the 10th and on the 16th, he didn’t finish in me but he usually has a good amount of precum come out during. Last week I had some spotting on and off, and now this week I’m already having some spotting. I’ve been getting dizzy spells at work for the past week and following the dizziness I normally get a pretty bad headache, and I’ve also been needing to pee a lot more right around the time I start getting dizzy, following the dizziness along with the headache I get exhausted out of no where. Today I had to leave work early because of how bad my dizziness and headache got i went to sleep when I got home, and when I woke up I felt nauseous. I’m supposed to get my period at the end of this week/beginning of next week. Are these symptoms normal? I normally get nauseous before my period but I’ve never had any of the other symptoms.
