My doctor told me that it isn’t recommended, but if it is all he will take to go for it. It’s the only time she tells me to just give him whatever fluid he wants to keep him hydrated. I usually put out a sippy cup of milk, one of juice, and one of water and he usually migrated towards the one he needs.

I voted milk because it's a possible yes, but it's really situational depending on if there's any other symptoms, if there's any possibility the milk caused it due to allergy, how well the toddler is eating solids at the time...
