Yolk sac found, pregnancy not confirmed?

Question

I had an ultrasound sound today, I am 5.5 weeks, nurse said that the sac is in the uterus but it's too early to confirm pregnancy. What does this mean? Shod I be worried? My hcg levels have been doubling every 2 days.

I had the  same Hun at 5 weeks, I had a sac and yolk sac but nothing else,2 weeks later there was a little heartbeat,it was just too early at my first scan! Now I'm 24 weeks on Friday😊 everything will be fine good luck and i wish you a well pregnancy xx

They said the same thing for me at 5w 5days as well. They also said my uterus is un-photogenic, Ha.  
Wait until your 7th week. Instead of seeing a Dr to confirm it, I actually went to a free pregnancy clinic that does ultrasounds.
