Hey guys. I'm hoping you guys can help me. I want to get my teeth really white without these spots and stuff but what do i twll the dentist?. I dont want to tell him to clean it beacuase that wont make thw spots and stuff dissapear. Anyone with the same problem that can help? Any home remdies?

Btw i do brush my teeth always, this just runs in my family we all have very sensitive teeth
