TMI does this mole look dangerous?

I’ve had this since birth or early childhood, but now I’m getting very paranoid as I can’t remember the last time I had it checked. 
It is about the size of a dime, maybe penny. Just a different shape. Located on underside of breast.

Hello! I understand your concern as I have this (that spot in the middle pokes out about 1/4 in). Its on my neck so I'm afraid of getting it removed for testing... It's changed and grown things off of it just for them to fall off in a week or two.

I also have this nearby, on the front of my neck (the brown on is just on my left side mid way down) that just began being painful to touch. Still not irritating enough to get it looked at though

And I've actually had all my doctors want to test it due to it's activity and "new birthmarks" (obviously not birthmarks since they just appeared but whatever). They've believed since I was young that I had some sort of cancer (they though skin), but my mom never cared to test and I've gone so long without testing that I don't care to either.

Bottom line, if you're worried - see a doctor. Until then, I suggest taking photos of it daily and writing down with dates if the sensation feels different at any time.

Any mole or freckle with uneven borders or uneven pigments should be checked by a dr, a dermatologist, for documentation purposes at least and scary potential at best.

I think if you’ve had it that long and nothing has happened you’re in the clear. Does it hurt in any way?
