Need advise please!

I took this test around 11:30am today & didn't see a second line & didn't feel like driving myself crazy so I walked away from it. I just checked it again about 15 minutes & I see this... I know they say it's faulty after a certain amount of time, but I've never had a "faulty" line with color. I know it may seem there's no color, but in person it's a red line. Any advise??? Been trying to conceive after MC for almost a year...
