Provera , PMS, or pregnancy?!?!?!?!?

I feel like I'm going insane. Im pretty sure I ovulated 11 or 12 days ago and I had sex. I'm on my 6th of provera and im supposed to start my period in 3 days. The day before I took provera I had tender breast. After taking the provera the pain got worse then eventually faded out. But during these 6 days I've had mood swings , fatigue , shortness of breath, and mild cramps. My test have been negative. But the are dollar tree test and I'm still only 11 dpo. Is this pregnacy symptoms or provera side effects? I typically dont have PMS. Just cramps during my period.
