If you're asking if it actually tells you when you're ovulating, yes. I took them first thing in the morning  (leave one on the counter so you don't forget). I think if I hadn't had such a high fever I would've gotten pregnant thanks to these. It's nice to know when you're actually ovulating :)

I've taken these. I do tend to take them with fmu like a hpt but I don't think that you have to. I count 10 days after period then start taking them everyday
