4 month sleep regression?

Anyone going through this yet? My twins have been sleeping roughly 9 pm to 3 am  consistently for a while now but the last two nights my boy has woken up every hour! I feel like I’m in the newborn stage again. Help me!

🙋🏻‍♀️ my daughter had been sleeping through the night (at least 8 hours straight) pretty consistently for a few weeks. Then out of the blue she was up every 1-2 hours every night for a week! She’s slowly getting better, last night she made it 3.5 hours. I definitely felt like I was back in those first few newborn weeks! Just trying to remember it’s just a phase!!

Yup ever 2 hours she’s up overnight. We are working on self settling but I feel like it’s 2 steps forward 1 step back every day.

My daughter is there. She was sleeping through the night from about a month old (lucky I know!!). About two weeks ago she started waking up every 2-3 hours again. She’s almost 4 months old now. Last night she slept through again for the first time in the last two weeks. Fingers crossed it wasn’t a fluke and we might be passing the regression....
