Swelling question

Does anybody have swelling in just one hand? I woke up to my left hand being swollen, not my right or my feet or ankles either. I was not sleeping on my left side either so it’s not related to that. I’ve been awake for over 4 hours and it still hasn’t gone down. Anybody else or anybody have any ideas? I have a doctors appointment already today so I’ll be asking about it then too. I’m 38 weeks with my second and never had this issue with my first. I had carpal tunnel with my first but that was just painful without swelling.

Also, no rings or bracelets or jewelry is worn either.
