Skin condition?

My 6-week-old started breaking out a few weeks ago. I know baby ance is normal, but is it normal for the skin to be dry and scaly once the bumps are gone. Also, she also has a few bumps on her legs, arms, and in her hair. Can acne spread that far or could it be something else I'm just asking to make comparisons until I can get to her doctor.

Use Aquaphor on the skin and baby oil in the hair and brush with a comb it’s probably cradle cap.

if its baby acne.. then u can try applying some amt of hydrocortisone with cera ve on to the affected area.. it helps in clearing out hte acne in 2 days! but once cleared.. use only cera ve then

Cetaphil baby oil is amazing for dry skin! I put it on my son when his skin was peeling and it literally rubbed the dead skin off. It’s wonderful

My baby had horrible baby acne and it progressed and was dry scaly skin and acne... pediatrician said it was acne and cradle cap/eczema. I used coconut oil and it did wonders. Was completely gone in 3-5 days... I had tried everything and nothing else worked!
