I'm losing my freaking mind!!!

So a week and a half ago I found out I was pregnant. ER doc said he's not sure if I'm just really early or if I'm having a miscarriage. So about every 48 hours I am having to go have labs done to check my hcG level. I can't return to work because my boss said I'm a risk factor until released by OBGYN stating I can return to work on half days or full duty. OBGYN does want to see me until Monday, putting me off for 10 days. I'm going crazy here, laying in bed doing nothing at all. Still bleeding and cramping, although it has let up but my levels are not rising like they'd like. What is your opinion and have you experienced this at anytime during your pregnancy?

10-29 ( HCG 79

I go back tomorrow for more labs then again on Friday.
