I recently just had a mc I would have been due in feb my sil has just announced she is pregnant and due if feb also. Of course I am happy for her but I feel so hurt and gutted by this aswell as the family all going on about how they are going to be granny auntie etc again I totally broke down. it should be me :'( I feel so selfish :(

Not selfish at all! My sis is expecting and a week after she announced it I found out I was too. Sadly, mine was a chemical, and watching her continue to grow a belly and making plans for the baby is very tough. Sometimes it is hard to be excited for her, and it's okay to be upset! You are not alone, I assure you.

I'm very sorry for your loss, no you are not selfish you are normal. This is not easy, ttc and experiencing loss then having to be happy for people who get pregnant. Its okay to feel sorry for yourself.

I just had a mc in July and was due in Jan. I know what you mean and know you are not selfish at all. It's normal and it sux to put it lightly.

I would be very hurt also, I don't blame you at all.  Your family should be a little more sensitive of your situation and give you a bit of time to heal before they go on about a baby around you.

That's not selfish. That's very normal. I had a MC and my sister announced she was due 3 days after me just days before I lost the baby. I experienced similar emotions. Please don't feel alone.

Very normal. I miscarried in Feb my due date was suppose to be in September. Come to find out two, not just one, two of my cousins are expecting February. It saddens me and as the month gets closer I feel like in getting anxiety.

And don't be so hard on yourself. Allow yourself to process and feel that you're feeling without feeling guilty.
