Too early??

My doctor scheduled my anatomy scan next Thursday, which I will be 17 weeks and 2 days .  do you think this is too early too tell?!  What will happen if she can't tell then? Do they reschedule?

Doctors don't schedule ultrasounds to check the sex, they do it check that baby is growing properly or to see if there's any problems. Finding out the sex is just a bonus, they usually don't reschedule if they can't tell what the sex is

Even though we already knew we were having a boy via bloodtest, we could see his little thing on the ultrasound at 15 weeks.

They will reschedule if they can't tell. But 17 weeks you have a high chance of finding out.
