Help!! Allergy relief while breastfeeding
What is safe to use ? I have asthma and terrible allergies . I take Breo 1x a day it’s a steroid controller med , but have been using my rescue inhaler like crazy!!! What can I take to help with allergies ? Any nasal sprays ? Something that won’t interfere with my supply and also won’t hurt baby .
