Cause for concern???

I'm going to try and make this as short as possible.. This morning I woke up in A LOT of pain, went to the restroom and after using I had to wipe several times  due to heavy bleeding. I didn't think nothing of it besides maybe I started my cycle since I had light spotting before bed. I checked what I was wearing with no signs of heavy bleeding just light pink in color. The past several days I've had back pain and a headache as well as today. I haven't seen any more heavy bleeding except for this morning should I go to the er? Me and my husband have been trying to convince for 5 years now and it doesn't feel like any miscarriage I've had before. What would you do?
