I ovulated on the 2nd and my temp spiked on the 3rd. My temp has been steady since ovulation. Will today I had another spike in temp, I'm about 8dpo. What could this mean?

It could be triphasic chart, which is when you get a secondary spike when your pregnant it happens around 10 dpo. Your 8 so close enough. Most of the time the person is pregnant when they have a triphasic chart.
