How to wean a baby who never took a bottle

My son is 11 months and I’m 6 weeks pregnant. He’s still breastfeeding and I want to start weaning slowly but he never took a bottle and when I offer him a drink from a sippy cup he turns his head. We have a munchkin cup with a straw, a 360, and a nuk with the sippy nipple. Sometimes he’ll take a sip and spit it out or gargle to play with it. The most I’ve ever gotten him to drink is from a straw out of my glass. Also only ever gotten him to take sips of water or smoothies. I’ve tried milk, almond milk, and apple juice that he turned down.
