I don’t know if it’s because the weather change or washing powder or even hair supplies

but my baby’s skin is having a terrible reaction and he scratches real bad so it spread a little but it’s still bad I use coconut oil on it and I apply it twice a day but now it is not cutting it. When I ask his doctor what should I do she replies it’s just dry skin put Vaseline or something on it but it’s not working. I know it’s eczema though because I have it and my older son had it to. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should use? He’s not allergic to anything that I know of.....
