Plan b

So I had sex on the second of this month, and there was a huge condom issue. So that night, I took plan B. My period ended on the 21 of last month. Shouldn't I have gotten my period by now? I took plan b once before and I got my period within that week. My period is supposed to come this Sunday, (the 15). I took a pregnancy test and it said negative, but I'm still kinda scared. And something else, I smell very weird. I know my usual scent, and this isn't it. It smells like I went sour or rotten.
