Has anyone used an exercise ball to induce labor? My SIL swears by it, since her water broke while she was on one. I got one today to hopefully help me go into labor before I get induced on Friday. But I'm not quite sure what to do. I bounced on it while I folded laundry...but I doubt I'm doing it right.
