Pregnancy Symptoms?

TTC #2 - LP 21st to 31st July, fertility window 2nd to 6th Aug with peak on 4th (not sure how many DPO that makes me) as not temping.
It started off with stretch like/pulling sensation on my left side with mild cramping in the middle and this went on for a good few days accompanied by headaches, feeling sick although not being! My face has broken out in spots including a cold sore on my lip and have just been feeling "not my usual self" very tired, peeing a little more than usual too. Very hard not to symptom spot when all this is happening to your body.
Pains in left side are dull ache sensation now so not as intense but definitely there. Any advice / experience stories welcome xxx
