I was just told today that an option for a little pain relief during labor is nitrous oxide. Curious if anyone has experience with this or any information regarding its use during labor. I was told that it doesn't effect the baby in any way and that it is self administered. I am shooting for a pain medication free birth but since I was told about this, I have been considering it for intermittent use.
