Am I just being paranoid?

Had unprotected sex with my boyfriend about a week ago. Feeling nauseous, dizzy, and fatigued today. Am I being paranoid or is it very likely that I'm pregnant? Would nausea appear this early?

stress, pms can cause that by itself. I never thought about how I felt the first week.however if.it were several weeks after and I started feeling that way I'd take a PT.
