Running harm a baby?

I went walking around the neighborhood with my 1 month old son in a carrier and my 2 year old in a stroller. There was a car coming when I decided to run the short distance to the sidewalk in front of me... every since then my 1 month old has been really sleepy and hasn’t eaten much... should I be concerned?...

It shouldn’t have harmed him unless he was shaken pretty hard in the process. Call his on call dr if you have any concerns. Better safe than sorry.

People jog with babies in strollers so I wouldn’t worry too much but like the other poster said call your dr if you think something is wrong

I'm sure he's fine, but for future reference, I wouldn't be doing this with a 1-month-old. I'm an avid runner. I take my toddler on a 5-mile run every single morning (we do 5K's and marathons a lot as well). But running with a baby is advised against under 6 months old. It's too much movement and shaking for the head and neck and can cause a lot of problems and damage. Again, I'm sure he's fine as it was just across the street. But I just wanted to give you that heads up for future reference!
