Weight watchers, PCOS, and TTC
I’m most likely starting weight watchers next week. I’ve done it before and like the realistic way of eating and portion control. But I am just feeling blah. I want—need—to lose weight for not only my health but also self esteem. I have PCOS, have had two pregnancies after using Clomid, and we want one more. I am not sure where to begin.
I feel like I have so much weight to lose, but don’t want to wait forever to start really TTC again. Do I set a goal? Do I give myself a certain amount of months to lose as much as possible?
How are you managing TTC and losing weight at the same time?
Also, anyone else on weight watchers?
